
邵蝴蝶,女,博士,讲师,硕士生导师,1992年1月出生,湖南邵阳人。2016年本科毕业于湖南农业大学风景园林专业(农学学士),2019年硕士毕业于仲恺农业工程学院植物病理专业(获农学硕士),2023年博士毕业于长江大学作物保护学专业。2023年10月入职浙江农林大学。现任Modern agriculture和《中国森林病虫》青年编委。
研究领域
主要从事植物寄生线虫遗传多样性和分子检测技术研究、松材线虫病理论基础研究,包括松材线虫的行为学、发育生物学、入侵生物学以及线虫与寄主松树的互作机制等,采用转录组组和全基因组等多组学技术,对松材线虫的光遗传学、性信息素信号交流分子机制、性别决定与分化机制和环境适应性生殖策略等重大科学问题开展深入系统研究。相应研究成果发表于PLoS Pathogens、Pest management science、Pesticide biochemistry and physiology和Plant Disease等国际期刊。
