黄有军 博士,教授,博士生导师,浙江省151第三层次人才。
主要从事植物发育生物学、林木群体遗传学及野生动植物保护与利用等领域的研究,重点围绕山核桃属植物及珍稀濒危物种开展全基因组序列解析、种群地理分布和历史演化规律研究,同时聚焦重要经济物种的成花转变、脂肪酸合成与转化、胁迫响应等与产量、品质、抗性密切相关的重要性状调控机制。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项,浙江省自然科学基金2项;作为骨干成员参与国家重点研发计划、国家863计划项目、国家973前期专项、浙江省科技厅重大项目等多项。研究成果以第一作者或通讯作者在Journal of Genetics and Genomics、Plant Diversity等国内外知名期刊上发表高质量学术论文40余篇。指导完成的硕士学位论文获省级优秀论文1篇。以第一发明人获得国家发明专利授权2件。主编省部级教材1部,参编教材或专著5部。获梁希林业科学技术二等奖1项、浙江省林业厅科技兴林奖二等奖2项。参加的首届课堂教学比赛获校级一等奖。现任浙江省生物信息学学会理事。
