郭恺

郭恺,男,博士,教授,硕士生导师。

研究方向

聚焦松材线虫病等重大林业生物灾害,开展从“致病机理”到“绿色防控”的系统性研究:

1. 成灾机理与组学研究:深入解析松材线虫的毒力决定因子及遗传调控网络,揭示“线虫-松树-媒介昆虫”互作的分子机制。

2. 核酸生物农药创制:针对化学防治瓶颈,开发基于RNA干扰(RNAi)技术的松材线虫病新型核酸农药,攻克制剂稳定性与递送效率难题。

3. 生物入侵与风险评估:研究外来有害生物的入侵生态学机制,构建生物安全风险评估与早期预警技术体系。
