张祖瑛,博士,1991年6月出生。中共党员,林业硕士生导师。以第一作者和通讯作者在Plant Biotechnology Journal、Plant Physiology、Journal of Advanced Research、Postharvest Biology and Technology等刊物发表学术论文14篇。

研究方向

农林产品采后生物学、林特产品贮藏与加工,主要包括农林产品芳香、风味、营养组分等品质的形成及变化调控。
